HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy can induce a state of altered awareness which is relaxed and detached. In a trance state, the unconscious mind is engaged to help find personal solutions, making it possible to explore new ways of thinking and being and - importantly - different actions. Despite any fears you may have about not being in control, you actually remain fully in control - able to talk, react, move and leave the room at any time.

EFT

EFT is a bit like emotional accupuncture. You tap on meridian points whilst repeating statements related to your concerns. This method creates a pattern of interference in the face of repetitive, negative thought patterns.

BALANCED AWARENESS

I teach clients how to create a calm space using breathing techniques, guided meditation and visualisation.

THERAPEUTIC USE OF THE ARTS

Sometimes, powerful feelings can be difficult to describe in words. Using crayons, paints, sounds or rituals can help people to express themselves when the words are not there.
