Born in London and raised in Rochester - upstate New York, I returned to my London roots before starting a career as a corporate trainer and consultant. My work with many large organisations has given me valuable experience in working with people. This achieved, I found I wanted to get closer to my life-long interest in personal development. So I expanded my work through training in the areas of learning skills, communication, and personal growth.

Initially, I studied Assertiveness and Anger Management (University of Surrey), followed by a Certificate in the Therapeutic & Educational Application of the Arts, with Graeme Blench and Margot Sunderland (IATE).

I gained a Diploma in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy with Ray Keedy-Lilley (National School of Hypnosis & Psychotherapy), followed by Certificates in Angel and Ascension Teaching (School of Diana Cooper).

Alongside my certified training, I have also studied and worked with many well regarded practioners, including Eric Whitton in Transactional Analysis, Joel Ryce in Jungian Analysis, and Judy Byrne in EFT. A registered member of
The Hypnotherapy Association - I use my varied experience and training to help clients in creative ways.

Clients can meet and work with me in confidence from my private practice in south-east London, as well as consulting rooms in Islington.
